شروط خدمة AI CMO
تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام منصة AI CMO المقدمة من مؤسسة ألفا بيتا لتقنية المعلومات. بإنشاء حساب أو ربط قناة اجتماعية فإنك توافق عليها وتؤكد أنك مخول بالتصرف نيابة عن شركتك.
الخدمة والتجربة
توفر المنصة التخطيط التسويقي، وإدارة الحملات والمهام، وإنشاء المحتوى ومراجعته، والنشر الاجتماعي، والتحليلات والتقارير. يبدأ الحساب الجديد بتجربة لمدة 14 يومًا دون بطاقة دفع، وقد تعتمد بعض الخصائص على موافقات وتوفر منصات خارجية.
الحساب والصلاحيات
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحماية كلمة المرور. لا يجوز ربط إلا الحسابات والأصول التي تملكها أو أنت مخول بإدارتها. مالك مساحة الشركة مسؤول عن أعضاء فريقه وأدوارهم والموافقات الصادرة منهم.
المحتوى والاستخدام المقبول
تحتفظ بملكية محتواك وتمنحنا الصلاحية المحدودة اللازمة لمعالجته ونشره بتوجيهك. يُمنع المحتوى غير النظامي أو المضلل أو المنتهك للحقوق، والرسائل المزعجة، وجمع البيانات دون تصريح، ومحاولات تجاوز أمان الخدمة أو حدود الباقة.
الذكاء الاصطناعي والموافقات
قد تكون اقتراحات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير مكتملة أو غير دقيقة. تتحمل شركتك مسؤولية مراجعة واعتماد المحتوى والادعاءات والاستهداف والميزانيات والالتزام التنظيمي قبل التنفيذ أو النشر.
الاشتراك والدفع
تُعرض الأسعار والحدود قبل الاشتراك. تتجدد الباقة المدفوعة شهريًا ما لم تُلغَ من بوابة الفوترة. قد تطبق الضرائب النظامية، وتنفذ تغييرات الباقة والاحتساب النسبي عبر مزود الدفع الآمن. لا نخزن بيانات البطاقة الكاملة.
المنصات الخارجية
يظل استخدام TikTok وSnapchat وغيرها خاضعًا لشروطها. لا نتحكم في مراجعاتها أو انقطاعاتها أو قرارات الإشراف أو حدود الطلبات أو إجراءات الحساب.
الخرائط وبيانات السوق
تتضمن بعض الخصائص محتوى Google Maps، ويخضع استخدامه لـ شروط Google Maps وGoogle Earth الإضافية وسياسة خصوصية Google. نتائج البحث ليست حصرًا شاملًا للأنشطة. تُعرض المصادر الحكومية وفتراتها وحدود تغطيتها، ولا تمثل البيانات التاريخية قياسًا آنيًا للسوق.
التوفر والمسؤولية
نبذل جهدًا مهنيًا لتشغيل الخدمة، لكنها تقدم بحسب التوفر. وفي حدود الأنظمة المعمول بها لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو انقطاعات الأطراف الثالثة أو رفض المحتوى أو القرارات التي اتخذت اعتمادًا على مخرجات لم تُراجع.
الإيقاف والحذف
يمكنك فصل القنوات أو إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت. يمكن لمالك الشركة طلب حذف المساحة من صفحة الحساب؛ تبدأ مهلة تراجع لمدة 30 يومًا ثم تُحذف البيانات والوسائط نهائيًا. قد نعلق الوصول عند وجود خطر أمني أو مخالفة جوهرية.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of AI CMO, a service operated by Alpha Beta Technology. By creating an account or connecting a social platform, you agree to these Terms.
Service
AI CMO provides marketing planning, content approval, social publishing, campaign management, and reporting tools. Features may depend on approval and availability from third-party platforms.
Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information and protect your account. You may connect only social accounts and business assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize AI CMO to perform only the actions you approve and that are allowed by the granted permissions.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights needed to process and publish it at your direction. You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited content, automated spam, or unauthorized data collection.
Third-party platforms
Your use of TikTok, Snapchat, and other connected services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not control their reviews, availability, moderation decisions, rate limits, or account actions.
AI-generated material
AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, claims, targeting, budgets, and regulatory compliance before publication or campaign activation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Beta Technology is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, rejected content, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Subscriptions and billing
New accounts receive a 14-day trial without a payment card. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, plan limits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout; payment details are handled by our payment provider and full card data is not stored by AI CMO.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect social accounts at any time. We may suspend access for security risks, unlawful use, material breach, or actions that threaten the service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
